Mark Clouse Named President of Washington Commanders

Mark Clouse, the CEO of Campbell's Company since 2019, is set to transition to the role of president for the NFL's Washington Commanders, starting in late January 2025. Under Clouse's leadership, Campbell's underwent significant transformation, including the sale of underperforming assets and a renewed focus on its core soup products. He will be succeeded by Mick Beekhuizen, who has been with Campbell's since 2019 and led its Meals & Beverages division. Clouse's experience as a military veteran and his successful track record in the food industry have led to confidence in his ability to enhance the Commanders' operations. He replaces Jason Wright, the first Black NFL team president, who will depart at the end of the current season.
