Eminem's Ex-Sound Engineer Sold 25 Unreleased Tracks

Joseph Strange, a former sound engineer for Eminem, has been charged with criminal copyright infringement and interstate transportation of stolen goods for allegedly selling over 25 unreleased Eminem songs online for $50,000 in Bitcoin. The tracks, recorded between 1999 and 2018 and stored on password-protected hard drives at Eminem's studio in Ferndale, Michigan, were sold to multiple buyers including a Canadian known as 'Doja Rat'. The FBI was alerted after studio employees discovered the music being shared on platforms like Reddit and YouTube. During a raid on Strange's home, authorities found hard drives containing thousands of audio files, handwritten lyrics, and an unreleased music video.
