Google Pixel 10 Pro XL Revealed Ahead of August Launch

Google is preparing to launch its Pixel 10 series globally on August 20, with an India release on August 21. The Pixel 10 Pro XL, revealed in leaked images, showcases a sleek design with a 6.8-inch OLED display supporting a 120Hz refresh rate and a polished aluminum frame, running on the new Tensor G5 processor for improved performance and efficiency. The series will maintain the recognizable pill-shaped camera bar with minor hardware updates and software enhancements, while the Pixel 10 base model features a 6.3-inch FHD+ OLED screen. Alongside the Pixel 10, Google is also expected to launch the Pixel Fold 2 in October 2025, featuring a foldable design with a 7.9-inch inner display, powered by the Tensor G4 chip, and priced around ₹1,60,000 in India with EMI options available. Ahead of the new releases, Google has discounted Pixel 8 and Pixel 9 models, signaling a push to attract buyers and clear inventory. Samsung is also in the spotlight with its upcoming Galaxy S26 series, which may feature the new Exynos 2600 SoC with better cooling technology, though Pixel 10 Pro's glossy side rails have drawn mixed reactions regarding design preferences.
