Man Shot in Auburn Gresham and Auburn, Seattle

A 68-year-old man was found fatally shot in Auburn Gresham, Chicago, early Saturday morning. Witnesses reported hearing gunshots in the 8400 block of South May Street at around 3:25 a.m., and the victim was found unresponsive with multiple gunshot wounds. He was taken to Christ Medical Center where he was pronounced dead, and no suspects are in custody as Area Two detectives investigate. In a separate incident in Auburn, Seattle, a man was shot during an attempted armed robbery on Wednesday night in the 600 block of M Street NE. Two suspects dressed in black confronted the victim as he was heading to his car, leading to a confrontation and the victim being shot. The victim was taken to Harborview Medical Center in serious condition, and police are actively searching for the suspects using K9 units.
