Police believe the shooting was a targeted attack rather than a robbery and are searching for the suspect(s) involved. Multiple vehicles were also struck by gunfire, prompting the University of Michigan-Dearborn to temporarily alert students to avoid the area. Authorities assure the community that there is no ongoing threat and are urging anyone with information to come forward. Crime Stoppers is offering a $1,000 reward for tips leading to an arrest.
