Arrow Exploration Boosts Production at Alberta Llanos Field
Arrow Exploration Corp. has provided an update on its drilling operations at the Alberta Llanos field in Colombia, where it holds a 50% interest. The AB-1 well has resumed production at 260 barrels of oil per day after a brief shut-in, while the AB-2 well has been temporarily suspended due to sub-economic production rates and is under review for recompletion options. The newly drilled AB-3 well has successfully come online, yielding an initial production of 580 barrels per day and confirming the field's multi-pool potential. Overall production from Arrow exceeded 4,500 barrels of oil equivalent per day in January, surpassing forecasts. The company plans further drilling, including horizontal wells, to enhance production from the Ubaque sands. Arrow's cash balance as of February 1 was reported at $22.7 million, and it intends to provide quarterly operational updates moving forward.
