Kylie Rae Joins WWE Independent Development Program

Kylie Rae has officially joined WWE’s Independent Development (WWE ID) program, with the announcement made during Freelance Wrestling’s 'Thursday Night Slammasters' event. Rae, a prominent figure in the independent wrestling scene, has previously competed for major promotions such as AEW, TNA Wrestling, and GCW, and is currently the Freelance Champion. Her experience includes a prior appearance in WWE as Briana Ray on WWE Main Event in December 2022. The WWE ID program aims to support independent wrestlers by providing financial assistance and training opportunities without binding them to full-time contracts. Rae's signing is seen as a significant addition to WWE’s efforts to recruit top talent from the indie circuit. WWE has now added 17 prospects under this program, which collaborates with elite wrestling schools to enhance developmental training.
