Dallas Brewery Launches Limp Bizkit-Inspired Beer

Celestial Beerworks, a Dallas-based brewery, has launched a new beer called 'Fred Thirst', inspired by Limp Bizkit frontman Fred Durst. This 7% ABV West Coast IPA features a design reminiscent of Durst and is hopped with Citra and Mosaic varieties. Although the beer is not officially licensed by Durst or the band, it has generated buzz among fans and is available exclusively in the Dallas area, either at the taproom or for local delivery. The brewery has also included non-alcoholic options for those who may want to enjoy the atmosphere without drinking. Notably, the name 'Durst' translates to 'thirst' in German, adding a playful twist to the branding. While Limp Bizkit is slated for a tour in 2025, Durst's sobriety means he likely won't be sampling his namesake brew.
