Multiple U.S. Cities Plan 2025 Oktoberfest Celebrations with Regional Variations

Oktoberfest celebrations are returning across various U.S. locations with a variety of events embracing traditional German culture, food, and beer. Indianapolis will host its 14th annual Monument Circle Oktoberfest featuring live German music, authentic beers, and traditional fare in a festive downtown setting. West Virginia will offer multiple beer festivals including Terra Alta’s Alpine Lake Resort event with German food and competitions, Morgantown’s Hops on the Mon craft beer festival, and Charleston’s OctoberWest featuring over 150 regional beers. Tuscaloosa’s Oktoberfest includes a 5K race, dog costume contest, stein-hoisting, and family-friendly activities, with some events requiring ticket purchases for beer. San Diego will hold an Oktoberfest party cruise on Mission Bay with beer, bratwurst, and music aboard the William D. Evans sternwheeler. Michigan City will also celebrate Oktoberfest over Labor Day weekend with free activities and entertainment for families in Washington Park.
