The firm is now implementing policies to limit junior bankers' working hours to a maximum of 80 hours per week under most circumstances. Additionally, JPMorgan Wealth Management recently recruited Michael Lopes from Bernstein Private Wealth Management, where he managed over $600 million in assets, to expand its advisory capabilities. Lopes will focus on serving entrepreneurs and business owners in his new role. Lastly, JPMorgan has hired Ray Raimondi from Citigroup to lead its mergers and acquisitions business focused on private equity firms and sovereign wealth funds in the Americas.
