Spotify, Backline Launch Global Mental Health Hub for Music Industry

Spotify has partnered with the nonprofit Backline to launch Heart & Soul, Mental Health for Creators, a groundbreaking global initiative aimed at providing mental health support to music industry professionals worldwide. Central to this effort is the first-ever Global Mental Health Resource Hub, an international, multilingual platform offering trusted resources, crisis lines, and personalized concierge support to artists, touring crews, and industry workers. This collaboration marks Backline's first expansion beyond the United States, reflecting a commitment to addressing the ongoing mental health crisis in the music community at all levels. Spotify is also funding therapy grants for its Equal, Glow, and Radar artist ambassadors and supporting wellness events and studio residencies to create safe spaces for mental health discussions.
