For $7.99 per month, subscribers can add one person outside their household, who will receive a separate profile and login credentials but be limited to streaming on one device at a time. The add-on is available across all subscription tiers for direct Max subscribers, excluding those who subscribe through bundles. Additionally, Max is rolling out a profile transfer feature to allow new extra members to retain their watch history and recommendations.
