Strictly Hosts Tess Daly, Claudia Winkleman Receive MBEs for Broadcasting

Tess Daly, the longtime co-host of BBC's Strictly Come Dancing, was moved to tears upon receiving an MBE for her services to broadcasting in the King's Birthday Honours. She described the news as the "greatest surprise" of her life, especially since the official letter was initially sent to the wrong address, leaving her only a few days to accept the honor. Daly expressed a deep wish to share the news with her late father, knowing how proud he would have been. Alongside her, co-host Claudia Winkleman was also awarded an MBE.
