WWE x AAA Worlds Collide Sets Record 773,000 Concurrent Viewers
WWE's recent WWE x AAA Worlds Collide event, held in Las Vegas, set a new record for the largest concurrent live audience in the event's history, peaking at 773,000 viewers across multiple YouTube and Facebook channels. The event, which aired after WWE SmackDown, attracted over 4.1 million viewers in the first 24 hours and generated 127 million digital views on social media platforms. Dominik Mysterio won the AAA Mega Championship from El Hijo del Vikingo, becoming a double champion as he also holds the WWE Intercontinental Championship. Other notable matches included El Hijo de Dr. Wagner Jr. retaining the AAA Latin American Championship and Pagano and Psycho Clown retaining the AAA World Tag Team Championship. This was the second Worlds Collide event since WWE acquired the Mexican lucha libre promotion AAA in partnership with Fillip earlier in the year. Plans for the next event are reportedly considering Survivor Series weekend in San Diego.
