Renault Group Q3 2025 Revenue Climbs 6.8% on Strong Global EV and Hybrid Sales
Renault Group posted strong financial and sales results in the third quarter of 2025, with group revenue rising 6.8% to €11.4 billion and automotive revenue increasing 5% to €9.8 billion, driven by a 9.8% rise in vehicle registrations. The Group sold 529,486 vehicles in Q3, supported by 14.9% growth in international markets and 7.5% in Europe, where Renault ranked third and Dacia maintained its retail focus with the Sandero as a top seller. Electrified vehicles accounted for 44% of total sales in Q3, with pure electric vehicle (EV) sales surging 122% and hybrids up 25%, highlighting Renault's leadership in electrification, including the Renault 5 E-Tech leading the B-segment EV market in Europe. All three brands—Renault, Dacia, and Alpine—reported growth, with Alpine more than doubling sales, driven by new electric models. The Group confirmed its 2025 financial outlook, targeting a 6.5% operating margin and €1.0–1.5 billion free cash flow, while emphasizing its value-over-volume strategy and continued investment in key markets such as India, where it recently acquired a majority stake in its Chennai plant and plans to launch the Kwid E-Tech EV. Overall, Renault's multi-energy lineup and electrification strategy are central to its performance and future growth prospects.
