Padres Recall Hart, Option Cruz Amid Rotation Changes

Kyle Hart has been recalled from Triple-A El Paso to start Wednesday's game for the San Diego Padres against the Miami Marlins, replacing Michael King, who is on the 15-day injured list with a shoulder injury.
