Cadillac, TWG Global Back New F1 Team for 2026

Cadillac is set to enter Formula 1 as the 11th team in 2026, backed by General Motors and TWG Global. The transatlantic operation is split between a new headquarters in Fishers, Indiana, and an expanding base at Silverstone, UK, with a projected workforce of 600 and about 400 hired so far. Team principal Graeme Lowdon has acknowledged that the team will likely begin at the back of the grid, but emphasizes their ambitious long-term vision, including eventual development of their own power unit. Inspired by NASA’s Apollo missions, Cadillac is implementing a flat management structure to encourage rapid collaboration.
