Collins Aerospace, Heathrow AOC Renew Six-Year Partnership

Collins Aerospace, a subsidiary of RTX Corporation, has renewed its partnership with the Heathrow Airline Operators' Committee for six more years, allowing the continued use of its ARINC cMUSE solution across all four terminals at London-Heathrow Airport. This advanced common-use passenger processing system (CUPPS) will enhance operational efficiency by enabling dynamic allocation of check-in desks and boarding gates based on real-time demand, benefiting over 80 airlines. The collaboration aims to streamline passenger processing and improve the overall travel experience. Additionally, Collins Aerospace and Heathrow AOC plan to explore new technologies, including cloud and mobile solutions, to support future growth initiatives at the airport. Nigel Wicking, Chief Executive of the Heathrow AOC, emphasized the importance of leveraging innovative technologies for optimal resource management and customer service.
