Odom's connection to UVA is deep-rooted, as he spent part of his childhood in Charlottesville and his father, Dave Odom, was an assistant coach at the university. Alongside Odom, Griff Aldrich has been hired to join the UVA coaching staff, following a successful tenure at Longwood University.
