Tendulkar Receives Lifetime Achievement Award, Bumrah, Mandhana Honoured

Sachin Tendulkar was awarded the Colonel CK Nayudu Lifetime Achievement Award by the BCCI during the BCCI Naman Awards 2025, becoming the 31st recipient of this prestigious honor. Jasprit Bumrah received the Polly Umrigar Award for Best International Cricketer 2023/24, while Smriti Mandhana was recognized as the Best International Cricketer in the women's category. The event celebrated top performers from the past year, with additional awards for rising stars like Tanush Kotian and Asha Sobhana. Tendulkar, known as the 'God of Cricket', holds numerous records, including being the highest run-scorer in both Tests and ODIs. The awards ceremony took place in Mumbai and was attended by several current and former cricket stars. The BCCI initiated the Lifetime Achievement Award in 1994 to honor significant contributions to Indian cricket.
