Lisa Armstrong Buys Third Home Using £31m Ant McPartlin Divorce Payout

Lisa Armstrong, the makeup artist and ex-wife of TV presenter Ant McPartlin, has been actively expanding her property portfolio following their 2018 divorce. She recently purchased a four-bedroom house near Oxford for over £700,000, adding to her previous properties including a £2.3 million west London mansion retained after the split and a £3.8 million west London home bought in 2020. Armstrong is known for extensive renovations, having added luxury features to her 2020 property, and she is expected to similarly renovate her latest Oxford acquisition. While it is unclear if she plans to live in the new Oxford home, she has strong ties to the area, having grown up there. Her former marital home suffered a fire in September 2023 resulting in £1 million in damages; it had been rented to a family of six. Meanwhile, McPartlin, who faced legal and personal challenges following a 2018 drink-driving incident, remarried his former personal assistant Anne-Marie Corbett in 2021, and they have a son together.
