Man in Critical Condition, Dog Killed in Pittsburgh Hit-and-Run

The man, Ethan Cardone, was walking his pet on Bailey Avenue when they were struck by a vehicle, identified as a black 2009 Lexus RX350. Emergency services transported Cardone to the hospital, while his dog succumbed to its injuries at the scene.
