Columbia Mall Shooting Investigation Continues

Howard County Police are investigating the fatal shooting of 17-year-old Angelo Little at The Mall in Columbia on July 27. Surveillance footage shows the masked shooter, described as a young Black male in his teens or 20s, lying in wait in the food court before following Little to the bathroom and shooting him from behind. The shooter then fled through a back door. Little, who was previously injured in a shooting in April 2023, was pronounced dead at the scene. Authorities have released video footage and are offering a $7,500 reward for information leading to the suspect's arrest. Police are urging residents with any relevant doorbell camera footage or information to come forward.
