Disney Releases Trailer for Vampirina Teenage Vampire Series

Disney Branded Television has launched the official trailer and poster for "Vampirina: Teenage Vampire," a live-action musical series premiering on Disney Channel on September 12, with all episodes streaming on Disney+ beginning October 15. The show follows Vampirina, a tween vampire who leaves Transylvania to attend a performing arts boarding school where she balances her music passion with keeping her vampire identity secret, complicated by an overzealous ghost assigned to live with her. Kenzi Richardson stars as Vampirina, alongside Jiwon Lee, Shaun Dixon, Milo Maharlika, and Faith Hedley, with notable recurring and guest stars including Kate Reinders, Jeff Meacham, Kim Coles, Mykal-Michelle Harris, Jenna Davis, Ariel Martin, and Janice LeAnn Brown. The series is a live-action adaptation of the beloved character from the popular book saga and the successful Disney Jr. animated series. Accompanying the series, the "Vampirina: Teenage Vampire Original Soundtrack" featuring 14 new songs will be released on October 10, with the lead single "S-L-A-Y" available from September 12. Showrunners Dan Cross and David Hoge bring their experience from "Julie and the Phantoms" to this music-driven coming-of-age story blending elements of teen drama and supernatural themes.
