Ventura Co. Gun Store Burglarized, Guns Stolen

In the early hours of Monday, a group of four to five burglars used a stolen blue Kia to ram into the Camarillo Gun Store on Ventura Boulevard, stealing multiple firearms. The incident, reported around 4:20 a.m., involved the suspects smashing several display cases to grab the guns before fleeing in a second vehicle, a silver sedan. Authorities have not yet determined the exact number or types of firearms stolen. The stolen Kia used in the burglary was taken just hours prior to the incident. The Ventura County Sheriff's Department is urging anyone with information to contact them, and a reward of up to $1,000 is being offered for tips leading to an arrest.
