Knights of Columbus Launch Annual Fish Fries Across Multiple Locations

Various Knights of Columbus councils across the U.S. are hosting Lenten fish frys starting March 7, offering community members a chance to enjoy traditional meals while supporting local charities. The Chapman Knights of Columbus will serve fried fish, baked fish, coleslaw, and more at their 8th Annual Fish Fry, with meals priced at $13 for adults. In Stephenville, the event will run weekly until April 11, featuring fish plates for $20 that include sides like hushpuppies and French fries. The Princeton Knights of Columbus will host a fish and shrimp meal fundraiser every Friday for five weeks, with proceeds benefiting local charities, including a food bank. The Pierrepont Volunteer Fire Department will also hold fish frys from March 7 to April 18, offering drive-thru meals for $15. These events not only provide delicious food but also aim to raise funds for important community initiatives.
