Courtney Winfield-Hill Named England Women's Assistant Coach

Courtney Winfield-Hill has been appointed as an assistant coach for the England Women's cricket team, set to join the squad for their upcoming tours in South Africa and the 2025 Women's Ashes. Currently coaching with Brisbane Heat in the Women's Big Bash League, she will link up with the team after her commitments in Australia. Winfield-Hill has an extensive coaching background, including roles with the England A squad and the Trent Rockets in the Women's Hundred. Having transitioned from a professional player in both cricket and rugby league, she expressed pride in her role and appreciation for the ECB's support in her coaching development. England Women's Cricket Director Jonathan Finch praised her contributions to developing young players and highlighted her unique perspective as a valuable addition to the coaching staff.
