Gibson Band Releases Charity Single 'I Can Breathe'

On Giving Tuesday, Gibson announced the release of a new charity single titled 'I Can Breathe' by the Gibson Band, featuring Guns N' Roses members Duff McKagan and Slash alongside Gibson CEO Cesar Gueikian. The song, which aims to raise funds for the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI), showcases McKagan's lead vocals and lyrics, Slash's guitar solos, and Gueikian's rhythm guitar and piano. All proceeds from the single will support NAMI's mission to improve mental health resources in the U.S. McKagan expressed excitement about the collaboration, describing the music as a progressive rock piece that pushed him creatively. Gueikian noted the profound influence of Guns N' Roses on his work and emphasized the importance of supporting mental health awareness. The cover art for the single, created by Serj Tankian, will also be auctioned to benefit NAMI.
