Multiple Drug Offenders Sentenced Across US Counties
Several individuals across various states have been sentenced to prison terms for drug-related offenses following investigations and arrests. Nicholas Eugene Bollinger of Valdese pleaded guilty to felony trafficking in opium or heroin and received a sentence of 70-93 months after a search warrant uncovered fentanyl, methamphetamine, cocaine, and firearms. Karin Humphery of Delaware, Ohio, was sentenced to 20 to 25 1/2 years for possession and trafficking of cocaine, with a mandatory 11-year sentence due to major drug offender specifications; she had previously been highlighted for overcoming addiction. Christopher Hoerth of Fond du Lac received a 12-year prison sentence for his involvement in his sister’s fentanyl overdose death and related drug possession charges. Stephen Dale Yeager of Oceana County was sentenced to 29 months to 20 years for delivery and manufacture of cocaine, heroin, and fentanyl, with the offense stemming from a traffic stop that led to the discovery of drugs and drug paraphernalia while he was on parole. Richard Winters of Mulberry Grove was sentenced to 11 years for unlawful possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver, with an additional year of supervised release following incarceration.
