Frustrated with her previous legal representation, Hall filed a change of attorney in the Superior Court of California, aiming for a quick and fair resolution. Wasser, who has represented numerous A-list celebrities, charges a $25,000 retainer and $850 to $900 per hour for her services. Hall filed for divorce in July after less than three years of marriage and is facing claims from Hall regarding finances, including an alleged unauthorized transfer of $35,000. Without a prenup, Hall is also dealing with her estranged husband's demands for alimony and rights to their joint TV projects. Despite the challenges, Hall has expressed relief at her separation, stating it has made her life easier and more enjoyable.
