White Castle plans new Clermont restaurant, creating 75 jobs

White Castle is set to break ground on its second Central Florida location in Clermont, scheduled for April 9 at the Plaza Collina development. The new 3,220-square-foot restaurant will feature indoor and outdoor seating, two drive-thru lanes, and is expected to create 75 jobs in the area. This follows the successful opening of White Castle's first Florida location in southwest Orlando in 2021, which has become a top-performing site for the chain. The Clermont site is strategically located near a Costco and other retail outlets, making it a convenient spot for customers. White Castle's expansion continues as it plans additional locations in Kissimmee and near Universal's Epic Universe. The Clermont restaurant is anticipated to open in late summer 2025.
