Dulquer Salmaan and Rana Daggubati have officially launched production on their co-produced film 'Kaantha', directed by Selvamani Selvaraj, known for 'The Hunt for Veerappan'. The film, set in 1950s Madras, will explore complex human relationships and societal changes during this transformative era. The ceremonial launch took place at Rama Naidu Studios in Hyderabad, with the inaugural clap given by Venkatesh Daggubati, celebrating 60 years of Suresh Productions. Both lead actors expressed their excitement about the project, with Salmaan highlighting the film’s depth and emotional range.
