Conducted by Intersection, the review identifies systemic issues of bullying, discrimination, and harassment, driven by poor leadership accountability and gender inequality. The report includes 22 recommendations aimed at overhauling the culture at Nine, which the board has committed to implementing. Allegations against former news boss Darren Wick, including sexual harassment, prompted the investigation. Despite some staff defending Wick's support for women in the workplace, the report highlights a troubling legacy of misconduct. The board aims to address these issues transparently and will provide ongoing support to employees following the release of the findings.
