Giannis' Buzzer-Beater Lifts Bucks Over Pacers
Giannis Antetokounmpo hit a 16–17-foot turnaround/fadeaway buzzer-beater to lift the Milwaukee Bucks to a 117-115 victory over the Indiana Pacers in Indianapolis. He finished with 33 points, 13 rebounds and five assists, shooting 14-of-21 in 32 minutes — his fifth 30-point game in six outings. Indiana rallied from a 106-94 deficit late in the fourth, with Aaron Nesmith tying the game before Giannis' final shot. Pascal Siakam led the Pacers with 32 points while Isaiah Jackson recorded a 21-point, 10-rebound double-double. Former Pacers center Myles Turner returned to Gainbridge Fieldhouse in a Bucks jersey and was loudly booed, and Giannis responded to the crowd with a shushing gesture. The Bucks improved to 5-2 while Indiana fell to 1-6, underscoring Milwaukee’s growing contention in the Eastern Conference.
