K-pop Group Aespa Surpasses 1 Million Preorders for Sixth Single Album

K-pop group aespa is set to release their new single "Dirty Work," which has already surpassed 1.01 million pre-orders, marking their sixth consecutive million-seller following previous albums like "Girls," "My World," "Drama," "Armageddon," and "Whiplash." The single, featuring four tracks including a double title track with versions by Flo Milli and an English rendition, is characterized by a catchy synth bass and powerful choreography that blends intense and relaxed styles, expected to inspire dance trends. The music video was filmed at Hyundai Steel Dangjin Steelworks, utilizing an industrial backdrop with 225 extras, highlighting themes of resilience and determination. "Dirty Work" will be released digitally on June 27, with physical albums available later, including a limited edition "Dirty Crew Ring Version" symbolizing the bond between aespa and their fan club, MY. Additionally, aespa is preparing for their third international tour "Synk : aeXis Line," starting with three dates in Seoul on August 29 and continuing with stops in Japan in October.
