Sophomore Hannah Hidalgo led the Irish with 28 points, while graduate transfer Liatu King contributed 18 points and 15 rebounds. Additionally, the team secured a significant win over James Madison at 92-46. Meanwhile, Purdue's men's basketball team maintained their strong start by beating Yale 92-84, extending their home winning streak to 21 games, despite missing freshman Daniel Jacobsen due to injury.
