Manchester United winger Antony is pursuing legal action against Ajax, claiming he was unlawfully fined for missed training sessions leading up to his £85.5 million transfer in 2022. He alleges that he was fined on three occasions for being absent without permission and is seeking several hundred thousand euros in damages. The case is currently underway with the Dutch National Football Association's arbitration committee, which confirmed proceedings began in Zeist recently.
