Three Arrested After High-Speed Pursuit in Fond du Lac County

On January 26, 2025, a police pursuit in Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin, resulted in the arrest of three individuals wanted on out-of-state warrants. The chase began when an automated license plate reader flagged a vehicle linked to felony retail theft entering the county. After a brief traffic stop, the driver, a 36-year-old woman from Vermont, fled, leading deputies on a 33-mile high-speed chase into Washington County, where a tire deflation device was deployed. The driver was arrested on multiple charges, including felony fleeing and drug possession, while her two passengers, a 40-year-old man from Pennsylvania and a 41-year-old man from Vermont, faced similar drug charges and additional resisting charges. All three individuals had outstanding warrants from their respective states, although none were valid in Wisconsin. Fortunately, no injuries were reported during the incident, although the vehicle sustained damage from the tire deflation device.
