The incident occurred on November 2 around 1:20 a.m. on the 800 block of Chestnut Street. Henry has been charged with multiple offenses including rape and sexual assault. The arrest was made by the Philadelphia Police Special Victims Unit, who are continuing to investigate the case. Authorities had previously sought public assistance in identifying suspects related to the assault, which included releasing a photo of a man who frequented the area.
