LG Expands Gaming Portal to More Smart Monitors, Screens

LG Electronics is expanding its Gaming Portal, currently available on LG Smart TVs with webOS 23 in 19 markets, to additional devices including LG Smart Monitors and StanbyME screens by the second quarter of 2025. The Gaming Portal serves as a centralized hub, integrating cloud gaming services like NVIDIA GeForce NOW, Amazon Luna, and Xbox Cloud, alongside native webOS app games, making it simpler for users to discover and access a variety of titles. The interface allows for easy navigation and personalized experiences, where gamers can track achievements and create tailored game lists. LG TVs supporting the portal boast high-end features such as 4K resolution at 120Hz and support for NVIDIA G-SYNC and AMD FreeSync technologies, enhancing gameplay. This rollout aims to provide a more cohesive and engaging gaming experience without the need for external devices.
