Multiple U.S. and UK Arts Festivals Showcase Live Performances, Visual Arts August

Several arts festivals are scheduled across the U.S. this summer, showcasing diverse artistic expressions. The Hit the Coast Festival in Larne will transform underpass pillars with murals by over 30 local and international street artists from August 29-31, concluding with a family-friendly street party featuring live entertainment and workshops. In Jefferson County, New York, the Orion Summer Arts Festival on August 9 will feature live music, an arts and crafts vendor show, and the Jefferson County – 1000 Islands Plein Air Art Competition, where artists paint outdoors and their works will be auctioned. Similarly, the Snowmass Plein Air Art Festival in Colorado will display works by 20 local artists who painted the surrounding landscapes, with art for sale over the weekend of the event. Additionally, Dark Sky Brewing Company in Flagstaff is hosting its inaugural Dark Sky Music & Arts Festival on August 15-16, featuring live music, an art market, and local food and beer. These events highlight a vibrant celebration of visual and performing arts engaging communities across different regions.
