DCDC Kidney Care secures Rs 150 crore investment from ABC Impact

DCDC Health Services has raised Rs 150 crore (approximately $17.4 million) from Singapore-based ABC Impact to support its expansion of dialysis clinics in India. The investment will enable DCDC to open over 150 new clinics, improving access to affordable dialysis services for patients, particularly those facing barriers due to high treatment costs and limited facilities. Founded in 2009, DCDC operates more than 200 centers across the country and aims to enhance last-mile connectivity for high-quality kidney care. CEO Aseem Garg emphasized the importance of making dialysis services more accessible and mentioned plans to extend operations beyond India. ABC Impact's Chief Impact Officer highlighted the necessity of expanding affordable healthcare amid the increasing burden of kidney disease in the country. DCDC is also backed by other investors, including the Danish government-owned IFU and the Asian Development Bank.
