Fall River Survivor Sues Gabriel House After Deadly Fire

Steven Oldrid, a survivor of the deadly July 13 fire at the Gabriel House assisted living facility in Fall River, Massachusetts, has filed a lawsuit against Gabriel Care Inc., alleging poor management, lack of proper staffing, maintenance, and emergency planning contributed to the tragedy that killed 10 residents and injured about 30 others.
