Five Colleges Announce 2025 Baseball and Softball Schedules

Several collegiate baseball and softball teams have released their 2025 schedules, featuring competitive matchups and tournaments. McNeese Baseball will begin its season at home against Wichita State and include games against notable opponents like Texas A&M and LSU, while also expanding its conference slate with new rival Nicholls and UTRGV. George Mason Baseball's 55-game schedule includes 24 contests against Atlantic 10 rivals and matches against teams that reached NCAA Regionals. Southern Miss Softball will host 24 home games, including tournaments, and faces a challenging schedule with matchups against Nebraska and Kentucky. Mizzou Softball will open its season at the NFCA Division I Leadoff Classic and face 20 teams that made NCAA Regionals, including Oklahoma and Texas. Finally, Sam Houston Softball, entering its second season in Conference USA, will host the Bearkat Classic and compete against teams like Texas in a demanding schedule.
