YouTuber Seeks Order Against Blake Lively's Subpoenas

YouTuber Lauren Neidigh, known as LethalLauren904, has accused actress Blake Lively of harassment and intimidation after Lively’s legal team subpoenaed Neidigh and other online creators critical of the actress. The subpoenas sought personal and financial information and were criticized by Neidigh as attempts to chill free speech and intimidate critics not directly involved in Lively’s ongoing legal dispute with Justin Baldoni. Lively’s representatives stated the subpoenas were standard legal procedures intended to investigate whether Baldoni orchestrated an online smear campaign against Lively, denying that the intent was to silence content creators. After significant pushback, Lively’s team dropped the subpoenas but has not ruled out reissuing them.
