IHSAA Announces State Baseball Sites for 2025-28

The Iowa High School Athletic Association (IHSAA) has announced the locations for the state baseball tournaments from 2025 to 2028, with 2025 marking the first time Sioux City will host games. The 4A and 3A tournaments will take place at Lewis & Clark Park in Sioux City from July 21-25, while Carroll will host the 1A and 2A tournaments through 2028. Cedar Rapids will resume hosting 4A and 3A games in 2026 after the Cedar Rapids Kernels' schedule necessitated the temporary move west in 2025. The tournaments will continue to utilize a split-site format, enhancing experiences for schools and student-athletes, according to IHSAA officials. Upgrades are planned for Merchants Park in Carroll to improve facilities for fans and teams. Future tournament dates are also tentatively set for 2026-2028, ensuring continuity in hosting locations.
