Skillvue Raises €5.5 Million to Enhance Skills Assessment Platform

Milan-based Skillvue, an AI-driven HR technology platform, has raised approximately $6.3 million in seed funding, bringing its total funding to $9.5 million. The round was led by 360 Capital, with participation from Italian Founders Fund, 14Peaks Capital, and Orbita Verticale. Skillvue is transforming from a recruitment-focused tool into a comprehensive skills assessment platform, helping organizations identify, measure, and develop both hidden and existing talent within their workforce. By breaking down traditional job roles into component skills, the platform enables companies to assess and grow competencies more efficiently than conventional methods, supporting both hiring and internal talent development. This approach reflects a broader shift in the job market, where skills rather than job titles are increasingly seen as key to workforce success. Skillvue’s recent growth includes an eightfold increase in annual recurring revenue and plans to double its team as it expands across Italy, Germany, and Canada.
