Raiders Sign LB Germaine Pratt to One-Year Deal

The Las Vegas Raiders have signed former Cincinnati Bengals linebacker Germaine Pratt to a one-year, $4.25 million contract, which includes $500,000 in playtime incentives, following his release from Cincinnati after he requested a trade earlier in the offseason. Pratt played all six of his NFL seasons with the Bengals, serving as a key contributor to their back-to-back AFC North titles and an AFC Championship appearance, and posting a career-high 143 tackles in 2024. The Bengals released him to save nearly $6 million in salary cap space. To address significant needs at inside linebacker after losing key players in free agency, the Raiders have also added veterans Devin White, Elandon Roberts, and Jaylon Smith, and drafted Cody Lindenberg. Pratt brings extensive experience and a proven track record to a revamped linebacker corps aiming to stabilize the Raiders' defense.
