XCF Global Plans $1B SAF Production Expansion US, Australia

XCF Global Inc. has announced a strategic plan to invest nearly $1 billion by 2028 to develop multiple synthetic aviation fuel (SAF) production facilities, significantly expanding its U.S. footprint and advancing its international growth, including a partnership to enter the Australian market. The company has already invested approximately $350 million to bring its New Rise Reno facility online, which currently employs around 60 full-time staff. The expansion includes three additional U.S. sites in Reno, Fort Myers, and Wilson, each with a production capacity of 40 million gallons, aiming for a combined output of about 160 million gallons annually by 2028. XCF’s modular, patent-pending site design allows for rapid deployment and flexible production of SAF and renewable diesel, supporting a multi-product revenue approach. This expansion aligns with growing global demand for SAF, driven by increasing blending mandates and incentives, with over 2 billion people living in such markets today, expected to rise to 4 billion by 2030.
