Steenbergen Sets Dutch 100 Back Record, De Groot, Van Westering Break National Marks

The 2025 Dutch Long Course Championships featured multiple record-breaking performances and World Championships qualifiers. Marrit Steenbergen made headlines by breaking 59 seconds in the women's 100m backstroke with a personal best of 58.96, becoming only the second Dutchwoman to do so, and also secured a third sub-53 second swim in the 100m freestyle this year, posting a 52.78.
